Jeremy is a North Dakota native and a resident of West Fargo. Jeremy received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Dakota State University in 1997. Jeremy received his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2000, where he was a member of the Journal of Corporation Law. He has been with the Fargo law firm since 2000.

Jeremy assists clients with various real estate matters, including title examinations, purchase and sale transactions, leases, installment land contracts, quiet title actions, partition actions, mortgage foreclosures, construction liens, easements, options, opinion letters, commercial real estate development and loan documentation. Jeremy is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. Jeremy is a ranked lawyer in real estate law by Chambers USA.
